Welcome and thank you for choosing Park Place Salon!  We are a salon company that employs a “tiered” pricing system.  All of our stylists’ pricing reflects the demand for their time and considers the amount of experience in our salon space.  Master stylists have the highest level of experience and are often mentoring newer stylists so that our guests have a choice of qualified stylists.

 

Our associate stylists typically have the most availability as they are working towards growing their client base.  They take appointments by request and participate in our “masters program” to elevate their skills under the mentorship of a master stylist.  Should you choose to book with an associate, rest assured that they are fully licensed stylists.  They have chosen our program based on their desire to elevate the skills they learned while in hair academy and become one of our area's premier stylists.  Please note that our associate stylists may take a bit more time with your service.

 

Each of our stylists has favorite techniques and skills, so please don’t hesitate to ask if you are looking for something specific.  We employ a team approach and encourage our guests to get to know all of our team members.  There may be times when more than one stylist is working with your hair during a visit in order to maximize our ability to achieve your hair goals.

Service Guarantee

We want you to love your hair!  We perform a comprehensive consultation with an estimate of costs to discover your hair needs. We employ a tiered pricing structure that reflects each stylist's demand for their time. We often work as a team to serve you.

We guarantee our work by encouraging you to give us feedback and the opportunity to have your hair adjusted if we missed the mark. We ask that you let us know within 7 days if there are any areas of concern.  

Any readjustments made after the 2 week period will be subject to regular service prices.  Adjustments made due to changing your mind regarding your desired look will also incur the full price of service. 

*Color changes and color correction appointments are exempt from this guarantee due to the unpredictable nature of the service and often require multiple visits to achieve the desired look

Retail Guarantee

We truly appreciate it when you purchase our recommendations . Your purchases help our company offer continuing education which helps your stylist master their craft. We appreciate that you buy locally to avoid counterfeit and old products that are often found online from a third party. 

We stand behind the products we offer by guaranteeing your delight in them. If for any reason you are not happy with your hair care purchase you can exchange or return it. We encourage you to purchase products that you love.

We often recommend new offerings as your hair, technology or the seasons change.

New Stylist Appointments

Our new stylists are completely licensed and knowledgeable in our services. However, they may take longer than a more experienced stylist so we prefer to book a longer reservation to ensure an enjoyable experience.

 

Credit Card on File

We are moving towards updating our systems by asking that you leave a credit card on file to allow expedited check out and the ability to offer mobile pay check out especially during busy hours. If a credit card is not on file, a deposit is required to secure a future reservation. By leaving a card on file you are agreeing to our terms and conditions regarding our cancellation policy.

Cancellation and Deposits

We understand that sometimes situations arise and therefore request at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment, barring illness. This deposit will be credited towards the cost of your service. In the event that you need to reschedule the deposit is fully refundable* as long as we are informed  24 hours prior to your reservation. This policy is not meant to be punitive, however last minute cancellations take away the opportunity for the stylist to earn income and other clients miss the chance to reserve that time. 

 

  • For all services we require a 50% deposit

  • 1st Cancellation/No show within 24 hour window- The booking deposit is nonrefundable. Deposit for future service price is required to reschedule.

  • 2nd Cancellation/No show within 24 hour window - Must pay in full for missed appointment and 100% deposit required to reserve next visit.

  • We understand that sometimes situations arise and we do  request at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. If you have any extreme circumstances, please get in touch with us for consideration.

Personal Items/Clothing 

Although we do our best to avoid staining, color is permanent and may accidentally get on your clothing/personal items. Please put away any items of value. You may request a wrap to wear. Park Place Salon is not responsible for damaged clothing or personal items.

 

Cell Phones and Electronic Devices

For the courtesy of our guests please keep your cell phone on silent mode and refrain from cell phone conversations on the cutting floor.

Food

For sanitation reasons we ask that there be no food on the cutting floor. Beverages are permitted. 

​

Children in Salon

For safety reasons and space we ask that only the client receiving services is in the salon. Children are only in the salon if they are receiving services for safety and seating purposes. Strollers and infant carriers are likewise not permitted in the cutting room.
